All plans cover November 11, 2026–April 15, 2027, with one clearing per rolling 24 hours when your chosen trigger is met. Lower triggers do not reserve an earlier arrival. Snowfall varies; no minimum number of visits is promised. A light winter alone does not create a refund or credit. Final price and service areas are agreed after photo review.
Driveway starting rates assume a flat, paved area up to 500 sq. ft. with on-site snow storage. The walkway option includes one straightforward front-door path; extra paths, extensive steps and decks are quoted separately. Light spot salting is included where needed and suitable.
Send your services, chosen trigger, address and required photo once. We review the job and route availability, then agree your price and written contract before adding you to the route.
Choose a 1-, 2-, or 3-inch trigger for new snow at your property. Each plan includes one clearing per rolling 24 hours when that trigger is met. Route timing follows storm conditions. Your agreement sets the covered areas, storm coverage and any extra work before you sign.
Seasonal pricing covers the work in your agreement. Additional areas need a separate quote. Snow stays on the property. Roof clearing, parking-lot plowing, hauling and heavy ice removal are not offered.

Starting prices for a flat, paved driveway up to about 500 sq. ft. (20 × 25 ft.), with room to place snow. We can work around parked cars and clear the accessible areas.

Light salting of small frozen patches is included with snow clearing where needed and suitable for the surface. No separate ice removal service. $50 visit minimum.
Hands-on clearing for storefront sidewalks, steps and pedestrian access. Seasonal and one-time commercial service are quoted individually. Tell us your preferred time of day and any business access needs. We’ll discuss the route and timing with you.

For one-time service, the $50 minimum applies per property visit. Additional snowfall may need another separately billed clearing. Seasonal customers follow their written agreement. There is no arrival-preference surcharge.
Light spot salting of small frozen patches within the cleared area is included where suitable for the surface. Heavy or bonded ice removal and standalone deicing visits are not offered. Ice can return. Roof work, parking-lot plowing and snow hauling are outside our service.
